Consent to the processing of personal data

I agree to the processing of all personal data provided and to the free movement of such data, to the protection of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons (including data entered during communication with our company) by A Restaurant Group s.r.o., Sladovnická 783/4, Plzeň 326 00, Company ID: 290 809 32, which is the controller, and to their subsequent processing (possibly also through a processor), and I further agree to the processing of the aforementioned personal data for subsequent business and marketing purposes of the controller, with the proviso that other data may be associated with these data. I grant this consent voluntarily for a period of 10 years. However, I may withdraw my consent at any time in writing to the controller. I confirm that I have been informed of my rights related to the management and processing of personal data by A Restaurant Group s.r.o., in particular that I have rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, i.e. in particular that the provision of data is voluntary, that I can withdraw my consent free of charge at any time at the administrator's address, that I have information about their processing, the right to access personal data, the right to correct this personal data, block incorrect personal data, destroy it, etc., and the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection in the event of a suspected violation of my rights.
